Refund Policy
1. Policy Overview
At Wiener Wonderland, we are dedicated to placing our Miniature Dachshund puppies in loving, permanent homes. This policy outlines our financial and health-related agreements to ensure a transparent and professional experience for all U.S. buyers.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable. This commitment ensures that once a puppy is reserved, it is removed from the market and held exclusively for you.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you choose to cancel your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited. In certain circumstances, we may allow you to apply the deposit toward a future litter at our sole discretion, provided the request is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled pickup date.
4. Health Guarantee & Vet Check
All puppies are sold with a health guarantee. Buyers are required to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup. If a life-threatening congenital defect is discovered by the vet during this window, a full refund of the purchase price (less the deposit) or a replacement puppy will be offered.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
To maintain the health guarantee, buyers must provide continuous veterinary care, age-appropriate vaccinations, and high-quality nutrition. Spay/neuter requirements apply as per the individual purchase contract to ensure the ethical treatment of our breed.
6. Returns & Rehoming Policy
If at any point in the dog's life you are unable to care for it, Wiener Wonderland will always accept the dog back. However, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for returned or rehomed dogs outside the initial health-check window.
7. Refunds for Services or Events
Fees for training sessions, puppy socials, or community events are refundable if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be eligible for credit toward a future event.
8. Processing Timelines
Eligible partial refunds for events or medical claims are processed within 14–30 business days from the date of approval. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction has been initiated.
9. Payment Methods
All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) and will be returned via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not provide cash refunds for digital or card transactions.
