Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Overview
At Wiener Wonderland, we prioritize a safe and stress-free transition for your new Miniature Dachshund puppy. This policy outlines our professional transport standards for buyers within the United States and Canada.
2. Eligibility for Shipping
Puppies must be at least 8 weeks of age and receive a clean bill of health from our licensed veterinarian before any transport is initiated. Health clearances are issued within 10 days of travel.
3. Shipping Options
We offer three primary options: professional ground transport via climate-controlled vehicles, flight nanny services for in-cabin air travel, and scheduled in-person pickup at our facility.
4. Shipping Areas
We ship within the United States and Canada. We do not offer shipping to additional international regions or U.S. territories at this time to ensure the shortest possible travel duration for our puppies.
5. Costs & Payment Terms
All shipping costs are calculated in USD and are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees must be paid in full at least 24 Hours prior to the scheduled departure or delivery date.
6. Scheduling & Timing
Deliveries are scheduled based on the puppy's readiness and transport availability. Please note that weather holds (extreme heat or cold) may result in mandatory shipping delays for the safety of the animal.
7. Health & Safety
Every puppy travels in a sanitized, appropriately sized crate with their full health record, including proof of age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments required for travel within the United States and Canada.
8. Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer must be present at the time of delivery with a valid photo ID. You are also required to schedule a 'well-puppy' exam with your veterinarian within 72 hours of the puppy's arrival.
9. Risk & Liability
While we partner only with reputable transporters, Wiener Wonderland is not liable for delays or rescheduling caused by airlines, traffic, or third-party courier service interruptions.
